  • Graduation in Bsc IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.

  • With 5+ years of experience in design, configuration, development and support using ServiceNow ITOM Modules ( Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

  • ITOM - experience with deep knowledge of custom discovery probes and patterns. Certified and hands-on strong experience

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, integrations and dashboard to meet ITOM operations needs

  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

  • Proven debugging, fixing technical issues and proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM module.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
