ITOM - experience with deep knowledge of custom discovery probes and patterns. Certified and hands-on strong experience
Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, integrations and dashboard to meet ITOM operations needs
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Proven debugging, fixing technical issues and proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM module.
